Key Guidelines
Please take note of the following key guidelines when using e-tickets
Key Guidelines
Each e-ticket and QR code is valid for a single trip for a single passenger. You are allowed a single entry and exit from your starting and ending stations
E-Ticket Liability
You are liable to present your e-ticket for validation. Hence please ensure your mobile phone is sufficiently charged or that you have a print out of your e-ticket
Train Availability
Sri Lanka Railways does not guarantee the availability of trains for your trip. Please ensure to check the availability and schedule of trains prior to purchasing your ticket
Refund Requests
You may request a refund 1 day prior to your travel date if you wish to cancel your trip. You will be approved a maximum refund of 75% of your ticket value
